Our fragrances are made in France.

  • Do not use near fire, flame or heat

  • Do not swallow

  • Do not vaporize towards eyes or mucosa

  • Do not use for children under 30 months


PRICING POLICY

All prices for European countries are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus VAT at the current rate and delivery charges as set out during the checkout process. If you have placed an order for delivery outside of the European Union, please note that custom fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination.


DAMAGED OR DEFECT PRODUCTS


We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received, please contact us at: hello@azaleo.co If you send us an e-mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as some pictures if there is something wrong with one of the products.

We reserve the right not to be held liable for these errors or changes and neither AZALEO SARL, nor any employee or representative of AZALEO SARL can be held liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Refunds and returns are not possible because we are selling fragrances. Once a customer buys a product, they have no remedy to return it for a replacement or refund.


SHIPPING COSTS

* Europe: On European orders the shipping cost depends on the shipping country and your total purchase amount.


* Countries outside of Europe: On all orders outside of Europe, the shipping cost depends on the shipping country and your total purchase amount.


CUSTOMS

If you have placed an order for delivery outside of the European Union, please note that custom fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination. As your order will be held by customs, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the receiver and we do not have any control over the amount imposed nor are we able to estimate the fees as the customs regulations vary from country to country. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.


DELIVERY

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days Monday-Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking information. All placed orders are shipped from our warehouse which is located in Lyon, France. In tense periods the delivery might take longer. AZALEO is not responsible for any shipping delays. We are shipping in Europe and Switzerland, and we working with DPD and La Poste France. Delay might occur on international shipping, if the package is held at customs. AZALEO is not responsible for any delay due to customs.


Due to our final sales, please expect a slight delay in shipping. We have a lot of orders due to the final sales time so we may take longer than normal.

PLEASE NOTE: If your package has been delivered to a collection point please make sure to collect it in time, before it is returned to our warehouse. If your package is returned to our warehouse, AZALEO will not cover the shipping cost. You will have to cover the shipping costs in such circumstances.


CANCELLATION

It is not possible to cancel any order on this website.
